Every man may vote on affairs concerning ship, crew, and intent. Every man has equal permissions to the ship's resources, fresh water, food, and facilities No one man may take what is not theirs from another without permission of the owner. Offenders will be given thirty lashes. All weapons, sword and gun alike, must be kept clean and fit for service. The Dragon receives first pick of all prizes. Captain and Quartermaster gain two shares of every prize left over. Master of Navigation, Boatswain, and Gunner receive one and a half, everyone else receives one and a quarter. The captain may attempt to barter with the Dragon on behalf of the crew, for their safety. All new recruits, in addition to their duties, must learn how to properly care for the Dragon. No one is to disturb her hoard under any circumstances. Cowardice in battle is punishable by fifty lashings. Desertion is punishable by marooning or death by Dragon. No boy younger than ten or woman of any age allowed amongst the crew on board the ship. Any man found sneaking a woman on board, with intent to seduce or otherwise, will be stripped of his position. Any man found destroying the virtue of a woman, on board or on shore, will be given fifty lashes and marooned. No man shall strike one of his fellows on board. Disputes with fists are to be settled on deck. Disputes with weapons are to be settled on shore. Both shall be overseen by the quartermaster, conducted as he sees fit. Any man who should suffer extended injury or maiming in service shall be compensated and may be retired from service with the captain's permission. 100 pieces for loss of limb, fifty for permanent injury, twenty for lost eye or fingers. |
